Resources and Assistance

If you are struggling or know someone who is, we have grief assistance packets available that include local resources for grief groups, a book on grief and other information.  Prayer is also available. 

You do not need to be a member to receive this packet.

If you would like someone to pray for you or someone you know, please call the church office at 534-2313.  Our prayer teams will gladly pray for you.  You do not need to be a member.  You can share as much or as little information as you desire.  What's prayed here stays here.

If you are struggling financially, our local missions fund may be able to provide short-term help.  Please call the church office at 534-2313 for an assistance form.  Our system requires approval from a small team, and we do not keep cash on hand, so it usually takes several days to receive approval and a check.  This missions fund is not set-up for long-term help or large amounts, but we can refer you to local agencies who may be able to provide adiitional resources.

 

CUMC serves as trustee for a scholarship available to full-time students attending a Christian college.  The scholarship is available to students in the western part of Racine County.  The applicant must be a high school senior.  If received, students can reapply through four years of college. For more information on application dates, rules or to receieve an application, please call the church office at 534-2313.
